On my recent vacation to Nagpur from Mumbai, my front door wouldn't lock, i managed to get to the ford station sequel ford @ 9.30 AM there i met Mr Abhay, i informed him about the problem and urgency of reaching Mumbai the same day, he immediately checked on the inventory and assigned Mr Mushtaq to complete the lock change urgently, by 11 AM i had left the showroom such prompt action and compassionate approach to dealing with outstation customers is truly commendable big shout out to Sequel Ford Nagpur the whole unit operates like a reliable ford engine.
