Although I did not visit the Workshop, I had to call them up on my way to Landour as my vehicle was facing an issue with the power supply. The concerned team was prompt in passing my concern to a dedicated Service Advisor. The SA then called me up to understand the problem I was facing which was related to a loose battery connection that was repeatedly causing no supply to my vehicle. Upon hearing my problem peacefully they guided me how to get the issue fixed and voilà, I got my issue fixed as per their guidance. Pleased with their integrity and professionalism in helping out customers. I still wish Ford comes back in the marketing segment. Service is still top notch.
