Amazing Service and Hospitality at Yash Ford, Dehradun It was something much beyond my expectations. I was driving Ecosport for my journey from Meerut to Dehradun with my family. On my way, I observed a yellow sign on my dashboard screen. I had all the reasons to get worried as this was an abnormal sign. The moment I entered Dehradun I saw the signboard of Ford and preferred getting inside the workshop. I met Mr. Saurav Juyal, a very suave, polished and supportive human being. Within minutes, he managed to get the things diagnosed and done. Apart from tracing out the glitch, Mr. Anuj even got the fog light changed, coolant topped up. Mr. Saurav Juyal was so helpful that he managed to even get the car wash done. Within 30 minutes everything was finished. The fastest ever possible in any workshop in India. These 30 minutes included opening and closing of the job card and final UPI payment done. The family also savored hot tea in the chilly weather as a warm gesture of their hospitality. Simply wonderful and unbelievable. Kudos to the whole team with special thanks to Saurav Juyal and Anuj. The bricks, cement and the machines do not make an institution.
