It's amazes me the quality of service which Ford continues to provide in India. I got my car serviced with few part replacement and major service done - the service was somewhere in the middle of affordable - decently priced. All the issues were resolved and the car was thoroughly cleaned, though the service was faster than expected but there were delays in delivery of the car due to wash nevertheless the experience was smooth. If Ford ever launches a car in India again it is definitely going to be my next car. Service advisor - Riddesh
