Had a great experience at TI ford it was my first time at TI ford. The hospitality here makes you feel like part of family even though I'm new there they were helpful in redeeming the flexibility scheme as I was unaware of the scheme that I have- they made the redemption process seamlessly which saved me significant amount of labour and parts and also explaining the details of my existing roadside assistance coverage ensuring i know exactly who to call in an emergency. But one thing they forgot to done my minor service repair to replace front charger point 😀😀😀😀 but it's okay It's just a minor issue, next time when I visit I'll get it done. Overall It's good to know that my car is in safe hands even after Ford's transition in India.... Highly recommend for all ford user in Guwahati
